Location of the area (213.000 m2 and can be extended by a further 30.000 m2):

• Within the administrative boundary of Siófok
• in the eastern part of Siófok, between Szabadifürdő and Sóstó
• only 1.5 km from the M7 motorway
• directly between Highway 7 (southern border of area) and the forest next to the railway line (northern border of area)
• about 4 km from the centre of Siófok
• 150 to 300 m from lake Balaton

The distance between the beach and the area is 150 m which includes:

• Plots next to the beach 45m
• Public road - Baross Gábor street 10m
• Railway line 30m
• Forest 65m (parallel to the railway line)
  
  

Important information about the forest between the area and the railway line: It consists different kinds of trees which are tens of years old. The forest is part landscaped, part untouched. In all its length there is a beautiful path made by the local government. The forest is sloping, the side further from lake Balaton is 10 to 12 metres higher therefore there is a very beautiful view of the lake from the forest.

Lake Balaton can be accessed on foot on the pavement on the left side of the area, or by car and on foot via the road and pavement on the right side of the area. Two pedestrian crossings are also being designed to make it even easier to access the beach.
